These Terms of Service govern the design and build services provided by T Curated ("I", "me", "my") to you ("the client"). By engaging my services or paying a deposit or fee, you agree to these terms.
I provide website design and build services delivered entirely online. Each project includes a discovery questionnaire, three design concepts, a full build of your chosen concept, and three rounds of revisions, as described in your selected tier. All communication is handled in writing — I do not conduct phone or video calls.
Every project is custom-quoted based on the scope agreed with you. Payment is collected upfront at signup, before work begins, unless a payment plan has been agreed. Your project tier and its scope are agreed at the start. Optional add-ons (such as brand identity work or setting up third-party tools) are quoted separately and, where agreed, added to your total. All fees are non-refundable once design work has begun, except where required by law.
Where offered and agreed, you may pay via Afterpay or another instalment arrangement. Any processing costs associated with instalment payments are accounted for within your custom quote. Payment terms for any plan are confirmed with you directly in writing before work begins. Where an instalment arrangement is used, you remain responsible for completing all agreed payments.
Your tier includes three rounds of revisions on your chosen concept. Any additional work, revisions, new pages, or changes requested beyond the agreed scope — including changes requested after your site has been published — are billed at a management rate of $150 per hour. All additional work is quoted and approved by you in writing before it begins, so you are never charged unexpectedly.
Your tier includes three rounds of revisions on your chosen concept. Additional revisions, new pages, or changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted as a separate add-on or billed at the hourly management rate set out above. Post-launch changes are quoted before any work begins.
You are responsible for providing accurate content, images, copy and any brand assets needed to complete your project, and for responding to messages so the project can progress. Delays in providing materials or feedback may extend the timeline.
I design and build websites. I do not provide hosting or register domains, and I am not responsible for arranging these or for checking that your chosen business name or domain is available — those are your responsibility to arrange and verify. Where you already have third-party tools (such as booking systems, payment providers or mailing lists), I will connect and link them as part of your build. Setting up new third-party accounts from scratch is an optional paid extra and requires information and decisions from you. You own and are responsible for all such accounts.
Your completed website and associated files are delivered through a single shared drive folder. Once delivered and paid for in full, ownership of the final website files passes to you.
Until final payment is received, all design work remains my property. After full payment, you own the final delivered website. I may display non-confidential work in my portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
I provide my services with reasonable skill and care, but I do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, or uninterrupted operation of any third-party tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the fees you paid for the project.
If you wish to cancel after work has begun, fees for work already completed are non-refundable. I reserve the right to decline or end a project where the working relationship breaks down, returning any fees for work not yet started.
I may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time you engage my services.
