This Privacy Policy explains how T Curated ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses and protects the personal information you provide when you use this website or engage my services. By using this site or submitting the discovery questionnaire, you consent to the practices described here.
When you complete the discovery questionnaire or contact me, I may collect: your name, business name, email address, business location, social media handles, website details, and any information you choose to share about your business, customers, services and project. I do not collect payment card details directly — payments are handled by third-party providers (see below).
Your information is used solely to: respond to your enquiry, prepare your design concepts, deliver your project, arrange payment, and communicate with you about your work. I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
To run my business I use trusted third-party tools which may process your data, including payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal), form and database tools (such as Airtable or a form provider), email services, and file-sharing/shared-drive platforms used for delivery. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
I take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so while I work to protect your data I cannot guarantee absolute security.
I keep your information for as long as needed to deliver your project and meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations. You can ask me to delete your personal information at any time, subject to any records I'm legally required to retain.
